Who we are

This website is run by InMotion Labs Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17445245. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. InMotion Labs Ltd is the controller of any personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website, and we do not collect personal data through it. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. Our hosting provider may also briefly record technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

Why we use it

We use your email only to reply to you and to handle any business that follows from it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract you have asked about.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data. It is stored with our email and hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside the United Kingdom, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Your rights
